What is XV

Every year Digital Media students produce a website to promote themselves and get internships in best digital agencies around the world. This year it was our turn and I was among developers that brought it to life.

My Job was to provide specific solutions/parts of the site. So I got familiar even more with ActionScript 3.0 delivering a scaffold with help of SWFAddress library so that Theo and Henrik could set up the basic structure for the website.

We got a lot of positive feedback on pdf function – which was also my job to build – being one of the most attractive features on the site which makes me soooooo happy:)

During that project I was included from the beginning in concept development phase, on the way I was asked to set up a database for invite site, write a script generating passwords for invited guests as well as compose and perform music for trailer of the XV movie. Yep, developer in Hyper Island gets down to all different kind of stuff:)
